Vitamin K is also a good provider of arthritic relief, which is also good in improving bone health.

There have been reports informing the public regarding an obvious marginal improvement with patients who have been given increased doses of zinc. Aside from zinc, there are other minerals that can also show positive effects when it comes to arthritic relief, such as calcium, magnesium, boron, copper, germanium, sulfur and manganese. However, you must remember never to take manganese together with calcium if you are intent on avoiding unwanted side effects.

Avoid ingesting the wrong food

There are various existing arthritic diets that are all believed to promote healing with regards to arthritic pain, or osteoarthritis itself. However, not all of these diets can apply positively to each and every individual. For example, some people manifest certain allergic reactions to particular food, and these allergic reactions can then worsen your arthritic condition.

Not everyone is aware of the food that they are allergic to. Thus, if you are one of these people, do not just eat whatever food you find because you might be allergic to it. Instead, keep yourself on a hypoallergenic diet, meaning a diet that does not contain chicken or any crustacean meat.
